A Revenue Cycle Manager at Bridge Community Health Clinic:
Coordinates all front- and back-office functions that impact the revenue cycle
Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements while providing exceptional patient experiences
Oversees the scheduling, patient registration, prior-authorization, patient financial advocacy, and interpreting services teams
Serves as the internal point of contact for the clinic’s outsourced billing and coding partners
Ensures consistency and optimization of process throughout the revenue cycle continuum
Creates patient-focused systems that make it easy for community members to receive care
Key Areas of Accountability:
- Use of Best Practices in Revenue Cycle Management.
Ensures processes are compliant with nonprofit audit and state and federal grant requirements.
- Subject Matter Expert & Process Improver
. Learns and consistently seeks to improve patient and billing-related systems/processes that improve efficiency and ensure accuracy.
- Management Scope
. The Revenue Cycle Manager coaches and leads reception, registration, prior-authorization, interpreting, payor enrollment, and patient financial services teams. This role reports to the Finance Director and collaborates with members of the Senior Leadership and Management teams.
- Stakeholder Relationships
. Ensures positive interactions across internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Bring:
A bachelor’s degree in healthcare business services/management or related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a front- or back-office setting.
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Even Better if You Can Bring:
Nonprofit and/or Community Health Center/Federally Qualified Health Center experience
CRCS, AAHAM, CPC, or CPB certification
