Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet client needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather client history, strengths, and areas of concern, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to formulate a holistic approach to client care, ensuring continuity and effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment goals, and progress updates in accordance with legal and professional standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and clinical innovations in mental health counseling to consistently enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. The role emphasizes cultural competency and the ability to address the unique needs of clients from varied backgrounds. Your contributions will directly influence treatment outcomes, enhancing both individual and familial relationships.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current active licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, proficiently addressing a spectrum of mental health issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with virtual therapeutic practices.
  • Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
  • A background in working with various client demographics and addressing social determinants of mental health.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, determined by experience and caseload. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
