The Opportunity

Are you a self-motivated go-getter who thrives on building new relationships and generating your own leads? Do you have the hustle and drive to take ownership of your success? That 1 Painter is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional / Estimator eager to grow our business and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and building relationships with potential clients, including realtors and property managers.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct accurate and timely estimates both in-person and virtually, following up diligently to secure approvals and upsell additional services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our fun and growth-oriented team, contributing to a positive work environment that puts the customer first.

Qualifications
  • Drive and Hustle: A self-starter who is motivated to generate their own leads and isn't afraid to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships.
  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and putting the customer first.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Experience: While sales or estimating experience is a plus, we value drive and hustle over experience. We can teach sales to the right candidate.
