PSi is in search of a creative-minded and execution-focused individual to join our corporate and retail marketing organization, to support our efforts in the Toys, Games and Entertainment categories. As the Senior Marketing Manager, this individual would oversee our corporate and business-to-business websites, trade show assets and execution, email marketing, social media and ecommerce marketing. The ideal candidate has proficiency in WordPress, experience with Amazon Marketing Services, social media marketing and commerce, strong organizational skills and time management, and ability to collaborate with and lead peers cross-functionally. This role will be instrumental in supporting our brand and client relationships, ecommerce growth plans, corporate image building and independent store directives.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate and Brand Marketing Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and maintenance of product imagery and external-facing data for use in outbound emails to the retail community
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand Teams to craft and deliver email content to independent marketplace retailers
- Maintain the corporate website with ongoing updates to the “Meet the Team”, “Careers” and other various pages
- Oversee team photography for use on social media and website
- Manage the business-to-business portal of website, inclusive of all product listing uploads
- Develop digital creative to highlight key launches to the independent marketplace, and execute programs on B2B website
- Collaborate with Business Development and Brand Management to generate content and messaging, and oversee execution of PSi’s social media postings
- Oversee trade show asset creation and execution, including signage, brochures, digital media, printed catalogue ads and booth graphics
- Collaborate with agency partners from briefing to final deliverables as required across website management, trade show execution and social media activities
- Advise Brand partners on social media, marketing trends and competitive executions in the industry
- Vet potential influencer and agency partners, and develop a list of preferred partners for our Brands to leverage
Ecomm Marketing Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end advertising campaigns on Amazon (1P/3P), encompassing campaign setup, keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, and ongoing performance tracking.
- Budget Forecasting: Create and manage advertising budgets, ensuring that funds are allocated efficiently across campaigns and that spending is always aligned with strategic objectives.
- Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance campaign and product page performance. This includes refining targeting, bid adjustments, A/B testing, and optimizing product listings to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Enhanced Content Strategies: Collaborate with the business manager to innovate content strategies, going beyond traditional product descriptions. Employ storytelling, emphasize product advantages, and incorporate testimonials to produce content that stands out and converts.
- Data Analysis: Analyze advertising metrics to deduce trends and insights for improvement. Utilize this data for campaign optimization and to apprise publishers and internal stakeholders of the performance.
- Performance Reporting: Produce detailed performance reports for publishers, spotlighting key performance metrics, milestones achieved, and potential areas of enhancement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to assimilate publisher objectives, and with the business manager to develop captivating content, images, and videos.
- Platform Expertise: Stay updated with Amazon's advertising platform changes, ensuring that our strategies always align with best practices and new features available.
- Learning & Development: Continuously upskill by attending industry seminars, webinars, and workshops to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Amazon advertising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Marketing Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Proficiency in WordPress
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
