What you will do:


  • Develop, implement, and administer all aspects of the Bank’s Compliance Management Program
  • Advise the Board of Directors, Senior Management, and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues; consult and guide the Bank in establishing controls to mitigate risks
  • Plan, organize, and control the Bank’s day-to-day administrative, lending, deposit, and operational compliance activities
  • Conduct risk assessments, review, and write or update policies, procedures, and processes to comply with regulatory expectations
  • Act as the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act Officer, monitoring the responsiveness to the deposit and credit needs of low and moderate-income individuals and markets within the Bank’s assessment areas and making recommendations to ensure the Bank attains CRA compliance goals


What you will need to be successful:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, law, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in bank compliance, regulatory, or risk management roles
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations, including BSA
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and across departments
