Earning Potential: Starting at $75,000+What You’ll Do:
  • Build and Lead a Stellar Team: Interview, hire, and develop top talent to ensure we have the best-qualified staff delivering exceptional care.
  • Empower Your Team: Focus on staff development through orientation, in-service education, and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Drive Excellence: Conduct annual evaluations, set ambitious goals, and ensure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours.
  • Grow the PPEC Center: Develop and execute a marketing plan to expand our patient census.
  • Ensure Compliance: Implement company policies and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Champion Clinical Care: Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to oversee our clinical program, ensuring each patient receives care that is consistent with physician orders. Coordinate care with parents, physicians, and other care team members.
  • Organize and Optimize: Plan, delegate, and manage responsibilities effectively to keep our center running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in Pediatric Nursing
  • CPR Certification
  • PA RN License
  • Clear Criminal Background Check
  • Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five years of pediatric healthcare experience
  • Home health management experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
