In the role of Oncology Medical Unit Nurse Manager, this nursing leader will be at the forefront of managing the daily operations of the oncology unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Oncology Unit Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Nursing and provide direct oversight to a team of over 30 healthcare professionals, ensuring that the unit runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
A candidate that possesses a current and unrestricted Registered Nursing License, several years of experience in an acute-care hospital setting, and possesses progressive leadership experience will make for quick interviews expertise and dedication will be crucial in driving the unit's success and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
