You only need to look as far as the patient-safety huddles that take place daily at the campuses to alert team members to potential safety issues, and how they make immediate course corrections.

The Nurse Manager of Intensive Care Unit ICU will report to the Nurse Director of Critical Care Services and Associate Chief Nursing Officer ACNO. The Critical Care Unit CCU Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, program development, staff development, budgetary management, quality improvement, and compliance.

The Clinical Nurse Manager Intensive Care Unit ICU will be supported by over 60 tenured and skillful staff members. The Intensive Care Unit ICU Nurse Manager will work in an open door environment where team effort and family atmosphere are embraced. The Clinical Nurse Manager Intensive Care Unit ICU will work in a busy and fast paced department. The Critical Care Unit CCU Clinical Nurse Manager will be managing 18 bed Intensive Care Unit.
