Lead business development and approvals, requirements, testing, stakeholder engagement, communications/training, and evaluation of results.
Develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps to transform retail technology platforms and business models, enhancing effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience.
Partner with key stakeholders to align strategies and execution activities.
Develop recommendations and presentations for senior leadership.
Provide support for the development and documentation of projects.
Conduct research and analysis as needed.
Manage the creation and maintenance of key dashboard reports.
Oversee the project prioritization process, reviewing and prioritizing new project requests.
Support test and learn governance for the retail bank, including oversight of meetings and ensuring adherence to methodology standards.
Provide planning and forecasting support.
