****Average hourly rate is $22.46 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****
Position Overview: As a Licensing Specialist you will direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of the organization in support of the policies, goals, and objectives established by the agency Board of Directors. Performs the following duties directly or through subordinate managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Agency Policy and Procedure.
- Be familiar with state licensing standards for CPA and residential providers.
- Meet departmental goals and/or outcomes.
- Maintain or grow in required competency level for position.
- Assist in training in licensing requirements, accomplishing licensing inspections and coordinates with agencies concerning licensing requirements.
- Coordinate all external licensing audits and walk-throughs and respond to any needed corrective action.
- Act as the liaison for state and external partners regarding concerns or standards violations.
- Will be required to travel in order to attend meetings, training, or conduct business off site. Must have a valid driver's license and meet agency underwriting standards if driving on agency business. Not required to transport clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
