The Nurse Manager Medical Surgical will work at a 273-bed acute care hospital that values its commitment to excellence in quality and safety and provides patients and the community with quality and safe care. This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has been recognized for its outstanding performance in patient safety.
As the Nurse Manager Medical Surgical, you will take on a pivotal role, leading and managing the inpatient department. You will serve as an invaluable resource supporting the professional development of nursing staff and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.
