ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Robert Wood Johnson Foundation seeks a recruiter who will be responsible for the full life cycle hiring process for all Foundation roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring teams to achieve Foundation goals and identify and select highly qualified people who are driven, individually and collaboratively, and will both support our mission and demonstrate our values related to equity.
While the recruiter can be primarily based at one of the Foundation’s three offices (our headquarters in Princeton, N.J., New York City, or Washington, D.C.), this is not a remote position. The recruiter will be required to visit the Princeton office as defined by the Foundation’s return-to-work policies still to be determined.
Successful candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Business Management and a minimum of four years in recruitment or equivalent HR work experience required (experience working in nonprofit field preferred).
COMPENSATIONThe starting salary range for the recruiter is $85,000 to $90,000.
