Position Overview:

We seek a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and engage effectively with our community across various online platforms. This role blends strategic planning, creative thinking, and hands-on execution to support RCS's marketing initiatives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Management:
  2. Develop and curate engaging written and visual content for multiple platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), website, email newsletters, digital advertising, and other digital channels.
  3. Strategize and produce editorial pieces, new product promotions, and evergreen campaigns tailored to online audiences.
  4. Strategic writing and communication -- Support the development of marketing materials, newsletter articles, collateral, press releases, etc.
  5. Social Media Management:
  6. Manage the day-to-day social content and editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely postings.
  7. Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create, write, and publish compelling content that aligns with RCS’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
  8. Monitor social media activity, engage with the RCS community, and respond to comments, questions, and direct messages.
  9. Identify and leverage emerging business trends, highlighting RCS's voice and expertise.
  10. Actively engage with our audience by replying to consumer questions and comments regularly, ensuring authentic and helpful responses. Develop a deep understanding of RCS products to maintain strong consumer relationships.
  11. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  12. Participate in the planning, content creation, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  13. Design and implement email marketing newsletters and campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  14. Develop digital marketing materials for company events, including tradeshows, showroom events, and online webinars.
  15. Brand Management:
  16. Maintain the company’s brand guidelines to ensure all marketing content adheres to corporate standards.
  17. Collaborate with employees and partners to produce weekly educational and aspirational posts that build authority and humanize the RCS brand.
  18. Analytics and Reporting:
  19. Create campaign recaps and prepare monthly social media reports.
  20. Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  21. Ambassador Program:
  22. Support the development and growth of the ambassador program, including building outreach lists, vetting prospects, managing communications, and promoting content.
  23. Manage relationships with ambassadors and act as a brand advocate, balancing promoting their businesses and our brand story.
  24. Collaboration and Coordination:
  25. Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  26. Participate in internal meetings, provide project updates, and contribute actively to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product launches.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in social media, content creation, digital marketing, and/or community management, preferably within an agency or B2B software or services business.
  • Proven experience with social media management and a strong understanding of the retail industry and digital content trends.
  • Background in a hybrid work environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in video and image editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with HubSpot and Hubspot marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics and social publishing/reporting tools.
  • Experience with Email Marketing or Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
