Offer Based on Years of Experience

Salary $130,000 to $165,000 DOE

Ability to travel 4 days per week min. (100% Nationwide Travel)

**6th week will be remote from home.

Strong Clinical Hospice Management Experience necesssary for success in this role.

Will support Western half of US. Must live in this area for consideration.

RN License Required for this role

What You Need to Know:
Regional Director Clinical Support Specialist Hospice Responsiblities:

Supervise all direct patient and family care team members including: Nurses, Supportive Care and Home Health Aides, in collaboration with site leadership and provide staffing recommendations to the Executive Director, as appropriate
Responsible for, or designating responsibility for, scheduling, payroll and other administrative duties
Responsible for overseeing eligibility and ensuring eligibility process is adhered to
Ensures all initial and subsequent assessments are conducted by qualified team members within required time, including documentation completion, submission and synchronization
Oversees the support of development, implementation and review of interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient, executed at IDG sessions, collaboration with site leadership to monitor, manage and mentor all staff in patient care activities, productivity and documentation, as related to applicable policies and protocols
Monitor staffing reports to ensure enough personnel for delivery of patient and family services, including on-call services

Qualifications:
Regional Director Clinical Support Specialist Hospice Qualifications:

Associates degree
Registered Nurse License in state(s) practicing
Minimum 1-year management and supervisory experience in a hospice or home health agency, or equivalent education ; Minimum 3-years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology or patient population specific nursing
Strong Hospice experience necessary for success in this role
Ability to travel 4 days per week min. (100% Nationwide Travel)
Posted Salary Range: USD $130,000.00 - USD $165,000.00 /Yr.
