Pay Range: We offer both W2 and 1099 contracts for our employees. Pay ranges are listed below varying depending on which location you see members and which contract you choose.
*Clinic: $32.00 - $39.00 per session*
*School: $46.00 - $52.00 per session*
*Natural (Home Health): $46.00 - $57.00 per session*

*Position Overview: *Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of members through direct therapy? At Lexington Therapies, we're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in-person. Whether you're looking for a part-time or full-time role, you'll have the opportunity to focus on providing hands-on therapy sessions that make a real impact.
In this role, you'll be crucial in delivering individualized therapy plans, working directly with members to support their communication development and help them achieve their goals. *Key Responsibilities:*
* *Direct Therapy Sessions:*
* Provide neuro-affirming therapy for members based on individualized treatment plans developed by Speech-Language Pathologists.
* Implement therapeutic activities to support members' functional communication development and progress.
* Monitor and document members' progress, adjusting therapy as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
* Engage with members in a way that respects and supports their unique neurological profiles.
* *Collaboration and Communication:*
* Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists, families, and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy.
* Provide education and guidance to members, parents, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to continue progress at home.
* *Administrative Support:*
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress using electronic platforms.
* Assist in organizing and coordinating therapy services to support efficient operation.

*Requirements:*
* Licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in the State of Arizona, in good standing.
* A passion for working with members and a commitment to delivering high-quality neuro-affirming therapy.
* Exceptional clinical writing and verbal communication skills.
* Creativity and flexibility in therapeutic approaches.
