What you’ll do:

Our Senior Expert Partners are responsible for subject matter expertise, high-level project delivery and oversight, along with client relationship management. You will oversee teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery and sales capacity
  • History of growing ERP consulting practices for Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, and/or supply chain clients
  • Deep technical expertise with large-scale end-to-end ERP transformations (ERP selection, design, sequencing, implementation, governance, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP ECC to S/4 Hana transformations
  • Enterprise Application Strategy expertise (creating roadmaps, selecting partners, choosing platforms, implementations)
  • Experience working with Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, and/or Retail clients on very large-scale ERP transformations
  • Comfortable providing expert guidance and building trust-based relationships with senior executives
  • An ability to be hands-on and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
  • A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
