SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager

TEKsystems is looking for an SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager for a client of ours in the Bay Area of California. This individual should have previous SAP Finance experience, and experience Managing S/4 HANA implementations.

Description:

- Own project roadmap, drive scope/timeline discussion, track, identify, & resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, milestones, and program artifacts across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout.

• Cross-functional coordination for project socialization, planning, dependency management; and business/executive alignment.

• Prepare and maintain program dashboards, status reports on work within scrum team, Steering Committee/Executive briefings, SLC (Service Life Cycle) check point artifacts along with all program level communications.

• Present information to technical and non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical project/program management, portfolio management, SDLC, software, SaaS and/or related industry with SAP Finance experience.

• Strong awareness of SAP S4HANA Finance

• Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor approach for project success: Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Proven track record to provide structure and process without compromising speed of delivery.

• Experience influencing global product engineering and business teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver on schedule.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills to persuade, encourage, and inspire others.

• Self-motivated and not afraid to resolve unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action.
