Sales Support Specialist

This position will work directly with sales and the sales support team to process mailers for our clients and ensure that they are produced in the proper timeframes. You will also be trained and become an expert with our proprietary product, DigiFLO®—a powerful web platform that enables organizations to streamline the process in which marketing materials and other printed products are distributed to the field. Our custom platform includes inventory management, customized storefront, approval routing, PDF preview, order archive, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Working with sales team to process customer orders
- Help facilitate, analyze, and resolve customer issues
- Investigate and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide solutions, recommendations, and product information with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy.
- Setup and process direct mail programs using our mailing software-Pitney Bowes, PrintShop mail, Planet Press, Excel and Adobe among others
- Coordinate with art department when edits or changes need to be made to a print file
- Proactively monitor open orders within our DigiFLO system
- Creating line items on job tickets
Requirements/ Education / Experience:
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Polished phone demeanor, tone and etiquette is required
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn programs and product knowledge
- Previous work experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retention is preferred
- Sound judgement and decision-making ability
- Must be team oriented
