Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Representative to join our team as an Inbound Support Agent. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, leveraging our established systems and procedures to provide exceptional service. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently while upholding our core values of Integrity, Customer-Centered Service, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (ICARE).

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing and resolving customer requests.
Troubleshoot basic pharmacy system issues and provide adjudication assistance.
Perform intermediate troubleshooting for PC, Windows, network, and hardware concerns.
Document all call details accurately in the Call Tracking System, ensuring clarity and detail.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Availability for on-call, after-hours support as required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic Networking Knowledge, including routers, switches, VPN, and connectivity basics.
Experience with Windows 7/XP and application troubleshooting.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude.
Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Commitment to excellent attendance and schedule adherence.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, with a high level of customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
Familiarity with SAP systems.
Pharmacy Technician experience.
Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
