An exciting new opportunity has just become available as our highly accredited acute care hospital located in the greater Chicago Illinois area is looking for a Hospital Pharmacy Manager to join their leadership team. 

As the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you will be an integral component of this highly accredited facility that prides itself in providing state of the art and innovative patient care to the surrounding community. The Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the pharmacy team, and will implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, evaluate staff performance, manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications, serve as an educational resource for pharmacy staff, and collaborate with other department leaders. 

The Manager Pharmacy Services will be fully supported by an experienced pharmacy team and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer to collaborate with them on unit goals and initiatives. The Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will have prior clinical pharmacy experience, and individuals with prior management experience will earn quick interviews.
