One of Illinois's top hospitals is seeking a dedicated Hospital Pharmacy Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis, working flexible day and evening shifts.

As Hospital Pharmacy Supervisor, you will oversee the activities and efforts of assigned employees, ensuring alignment with departmental goals. You will also model the behaviors of the 9 Studer Principles to achieve organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will posses a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D., with at least a year of hospital pharmacy experience. A pharmacy resident and additional hospital experience are preferred. Applicants should be licensed pharmacists in Illinois or eligible to obtain the license.

The Hospital Pharmacy Supervisor will be well compensated with a starting rate of $61.74 per hour for entry level candidates.
