• Handles inbound processing and assists with the production of outbound mailing services. • Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution. • Enters and updates information into databases • Copies and pastes information from one source to another • Respond to client inquiries via email • Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information. • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of info before it is entered. • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Track and respond to case-related inquiries (via email, telephone, and live chat) based on internal guidelines Perform quality assurance reviews, verifying data and processing requirements and make corrections as necessary Maintain records
