Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Success Specialist at ASE Direct, Inc. in Brentwood, TN. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer needs, providing customer support, and maintaining excellent communication with customers.

CRM & ORDER MANAGEMENT

  • Sales order entry & customer confirmation communications
  • Answer & Assist customers via telephone, email, or live chat
  • CRM contact management & clean-up
  • Account setup, maintenance, and updates
  • Assign incoming conversations and manage conversations inbox
  • Order issues review and resolutions (Tracking, replacement orders, item substitution research)

RETURNS PROCESSING

  • Review incoming new RMA’s 
  • Complete RMA ticket based on transaction details 
  • Request return documents from vendors
  • Send return documents to customers
  • Tracking returns to ensure delivery
  • Request credit memo’s from vendors on delivered product
  • Push credit memo through to Quickbooks

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer support and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
