*Position Highlights:*
* This position is exclusively based in the Operating Room, offering a full commitment to surgical duties and responsibilities. The role provides a flexible schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week, allowing for a balanced work-life integration

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assisting in cardiothoracic surgeries.
* Perform endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) and radial artery harvesting.
* Manage vein harvesting, patient closure, and post-operative care.
* Collaborate with a team of 5 APPs and 5 surgeons for seamless patient care.
* Participate in aortic surgeries, mitral valve replacements, minimally invasive procedures, CABG surgeries, and more.
* Flexible 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with adaptable scheduling.

*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cardiothoracic APP.
* Proficiency in EVH and open radial artery harvesting.
* Strong CVOR surgical assisting skills.
* Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
* Capacity to thrive in a high-volume surgical environment.
* Commitment to top-tier patient care and safety.
