Seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgery Clinical Specialist to join our team at a prestigious medical facility in the heart of America. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert clinical care to patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery, including pre-operative preparation, intraoperative assistance, and post-operative management.
  2. Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  3. Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient safety and quality of care.
  4. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and reduce complications.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in surgical first assist or cardiothoracic surgery is required.
  • Board certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
