Our client is seeking a Project Manager I to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the program supporting eLearning development. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design expertise, project management skills, and experience with multimedia content creation, learning management systems, accessibility and usability, writing and editing, and training delivery.

Job Title: Project Manager I

Location: Madison, WI - Remote

Pay Range: Up to $34-$36/hour

What's the Job?

  • Manage the development and delivery of eLearning content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and develop effective training programs
  • Ensure accessibility and usability of training materials
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Provide writing and editing support for training materials

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of proficiency with eLearning development tools
  • 5+ years of instructional design expertise
  • 5+ years of multimedia content creation experience
  • 5+ years of experience with learning management systems
  • 5+ years of experience with accessibility and usability
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of writing and editing experience
  • 5+ years of training delivery experience
  • Nice to have: Cornerstone LMS administration, MS Planner, data analysis and reporting, BI dashboards, CPLP certification
