The Improve vertical is all about helping our clients get the most out of Alloy. We use data, machine learning, insights, and a suite of testing tools to help clients understand their performance, make smart changes, and see real results. Our goal is to boost automation, improve efficiency, and cut down on identity risk. We're passionate about innovation and making sure our clients get the best from Alloy.

The Advance team is dedicated to helping clients improve their policy performance. We leverage actionable recommendations to drive better results, whether it's testing new rulesets to proactively mitigate a fraud attack or reducing false positive alerts to automate triage. This year, our goal is to enhance how we deliver and test recommendations so clients can independently use these tools within the dashboard, scaling our impact and empowering them to achieve better outcomes on their own.

What you'll be doing

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager that will take the helm in defining and owning the strategic roadmap for the Advance team, charting the course for the evolution of our product. With a focus on client problem-solving and user delight, they will meticulously execute on this roadmap, collaborating closely with a passionate team of engineers and designers. Their leadership will be instrumental in bringing our future vision to fruition, ensuring the continuous enhancement of our product features and an unparalleled experience for our clients’ policy teams.

As the Senior Product Manager for Advance, you will:

  • Define and own Advance’s strategic quarterly roadmaps to realize the future vision of our agent review experiences.
  • Execute on the roadmap, leading the delivery of impactful features that solve client problems and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the engineering manager and designer to lead a dedicated squad of engineers, managing squad rituals and ensuring effective teamwork.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with internal client teams and directly with clients to gain deeper insights into product requests and pain points, ensuring the translation and delivery of high-impact and value-driven features.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams, including product marketing and revenue, to drive excitement and adoption of new product capabilities, ensuring a cohesive strategy for successful product launches.
  • Develop expertise in the product domain, offering a strong perspective on the product's direction and functionality.
  • Become an industry expert in the identity risk space, articulating the product's impact on reducing fraud and pioneering solutions that set our product apart in the market.
Who we're looking for

Alloy is looking for a customer-centric Senior Product Manager with a proven record of launching high-impact products for a diverse client base.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating ownership of a high-usage product area with a focus on strategic roadmaps and feature delivery.
  • Experience in a dynamic startup environment, showcasing adaptability and agility.
  • Deep passion for solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering elegant solutions that drive client satisfaction and increase value.
  • Proven ability to comprehensively understand client needs, conduct collaborative user research sessions, and translate client feedback into impactful features that enhance user experience and address specific pain points.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and client-driven decision-making skills to shape the long-term vision for our policy improvement experiences.
  • Expertise in working across multiple high-performing teams, particularly leading squads of engineers and designers to deliver on strategic plans.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the seamless execution of product roadmaps.
  • Preferred experience within the fraud, identity, and the fintech industry.

This position has a base salary range of $160,000 to $180,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs).
