What will your role be?

The Applications Support role focuses on maintaining and optimizing a variety of applications. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, providing end-user support, handling small configurations, managing version upgrades, user creation, and implementing minor developments to ensure seamless functionality.


Activities:

  • Monitor and track applications incidents and performance
  • Provide L2 & L3 levels support + Applications upgrade
  • Conduct root cause analyses of issues
  • Propose functional or technical solutions
  • Review and validate solution proposed as needed in case of incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management
  • Support Model creation and maintenance


What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

  • Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders. This is a requirement for accessing classified information and materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with SharePoint and any of following applications: Manage FTP Solutions, Clippership + FSMS , Vertex
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Google Sheets (basic functions, pivot tables), Google Docs
  • ServiceNow knowledge (creation of new Business Applications, incl. Group setup and Knowledge article creation).
  • 2 - 3 years of experience of .Net development knowledge
  • Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience needed
  • 2 - 3 years experience of performing queries and extracts using Microsoft SQL Server
  • 2 -3 years of experience of coding script (for example powershell).
