Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey to secure employment opportunities. Then, support them to stay employed through the Employment Services contract. Duties
- Engage with people to assist them to overcome barriers to employment
- Work in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our services
- Deliver holistic caseload management
- Ensure accurate timely administration
Experience is an asset, but being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have a positive attitude, possess excellent administrative skills, and have confidence with a variety of customer relationships, you can succeed with us. Sureway’s training and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need.
We specialise in regional areas across 4 states but retain that ‘family feel’.
