Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified IT Business Partner to support the Supply Chain Finance teams to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met. This role will be responsible for collaborating with Tropicana Supply Chain Finance business leadership in shaping project portfolios, managing projects, and transforming business capabilities through technology. A diverse background of IT with functional experience in Product Costing with a solid understanding of concepts such as PPV and overhead absorption is required. This person must be an expert in how COGS/inventory postings work across SAP S/4, SAP IBP, SAP Analytics Cloud solution and 3rd party systems. Understanding master data governance managed and maintained across these systems and interworking with reporting interfaces is essential.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business to understand, validate and prioritize IT demand.
  • Work with ticketing systems such as Service Now/Jira/Azure Dev Ops to track tasks, enhancements, issues and feature requests.
  • Assist with business case development for technology investment recommendations and ensure they support strategic business priorities.
  • Lead & facilitate business requirements gathering, system design and project execution for approved technology investments.
  • Build and manage the relationship with the business and be seen as a credible member of their team.
  • Be an escalation point for any IT service issues.
  • Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement short and long term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation.
  • Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Information Technology-related discipline or Engineering; MBA a plus
  • Preferred candidate will be located in Chicago, IL or Tampa/Bradenton/Sarasota, FL areas.
  • Ability to travel to HQ (Chicago, IL) and other Global manufacturing/distribution center locations as needed (up to 25%).
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Information Technology supporting Supply Chain Finance or working in a Supply Chain Finance business role with heavy emphasis on technology subject matter expertise.
  • CPG food & beverage experience required.
  • SAP experience in Product Costing with expertise not only in how cost structures are built, but how they flow through the manufacturing, inventory management and customer order fulfillment processes (in SAP or 3rd party applications) is required.
  • Understanding of data aggregation and analytics platforms such as Data Sphere, Azure, Power BI and Data Bricks technologies to help enable the build of self-sustained models for business reporting.
  • Capable in leading complex business function design.
  • Deployment experience in leading change.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with limited direction and balance competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support building strong internal and external relationships and effectively communicate your work product.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country to which you are applying without requiring sponsorship or additional work permits now or in the future.
