You will play a critical part in scaling our email channel, delivering thoughtful content to our global audience of leading marketers and agencies. You will build, own and execute our email nurture programs to engage and accelerate leads through our user journey.

The ideal candidate is skilled in defining a complete buyer journey at each stage of the funnel - translating messaging frameworks into effective campaigns. You will work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and enjoy scaling demand-gen programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About Breef : Breef is the world's first agency marketplace. As the modern outsourcing solution, our platform connects leading brands with leading agencies for all their digital and creative needs. Your day-to-day is to…
  • Lead all campaign planning and execution - developing and implementing email marketing campaigns that engage leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Set and manage our email marketing calendar - overseeing the end-to-end process including planning, execution, and tracking of campaign activities.
  • Collaborate with content and design to identify and recommend assets + content that map to the buyer journey at each stage of the funnel.
  • Write all copy and messaging (understanding the balance between brand and action). Partner with marketing and sales to identify the right message and content for each audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, including funnel metrics to gain insights and make data-driven recommendations. Leverage this data to iterate on and improve content and messaging.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation and other best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Report on funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform campaign strategy.
  • Serve as the main stakeholder for our CRM (Hubspot) - working closely with operations and our dev team to ensure our email marketing program integrates seamlessly with our platform and other integrations.
  • Help to strategize and lead Breef’s affiliate referral program through strong and compelling email sequences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and marketing to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and user segmentation for maximum impact.
You'll be successful in this role if you have…
  • 5+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B technology company. Marketplace and knowledge of the agency industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly within our brand voice and across multiple campaigns.
  • Extremely familiar with Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of funnel metrics and their impact on campaign strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.

  • Looking for a career-defining role with extreme growth.
  • A self-starter who is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Use data to improve your work and creative vision.
  • Extremely passionate about the marketing industry and the problems Breef is solving.
