Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Health care workers who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working on this unit very rewarding

Locations you may float to:

* SLTO: New Ballas Rd
* Jefferson: Festus
* South: South St Louis County- Kennerly Rd
* Washington: Washington, MO
* Lincoln: Troy, MO

Float Pool Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year
* Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
* Preferred Education: BSN
* License: current RN license in our state
* Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.

Mercy Regional Travel RN:
If you are an experienced ER RN (must have 3 years' experience), we have a Regional Travel position. The Registered Nurse will travel to all our Mercy St. Louis area hospitals

Travel Perks:

* Base Rate (calculated off experience) PLUS an additional Float Incentive
* Shift Differential Pay
* Every 4th weekend
* Self-Scheduling
* 1 major and 1 minor holiday per year
