YOUR LIFE AS A SALES REP

In this outside sales position, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with commercial businesses in our region. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in AVL and/or IT sales, who is passionate about technology and client service. You will develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients in the commercial sector, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by creating tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. In this capacity, you will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborating with the technical team will be key to ensuring successful project implementation and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will stay current with industry trends and advancements in AVL technology, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Proven experience in AVL sales, specifically within the commercial sector.
  • Strong understanding of Audio, Video, Lighting, Security, and IT technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales software tools.
