You’ll be empowered to drive systems change and take bold steps to advance racial equity. And you will find a career home where you’re valued and supported in your growth journey.

Enterprise offers career opportunities in our offices across the country with an exceptional benefits package.

Job Description Summary

Enterprise co-founded Power Forward Communities (PFC), a landmark coalition with some of the country’s most trusted community development, climate, and housing organizations. It is purpose-built to decarbonize America’s homes and drive a market transformation that cuts costs, benefits renters and homeowners, and focuses on low-income communities nationwide. The EPA has awarded the coalition a $2 billion National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF) grant. Together with our coalition partners — Rewiring America, Habitat for Humanity International, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), and United Way Worldwide — Enterprise will use this award to deploy a powerful combination of financing, market building, and community engagement to create healthier, safer, and more affordable homes.

The National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF), part of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), represents one of the most profound public investments in climate resilience in our nation’s history. With this award, Enterprise has been entrusted to help turn the nation’s most critical climate legislation into transformational housing legislation by ensuring hundreds of thousands of affordable homes are built or preserved.

The Senior Director, sitting in Enterprise’s Office of the CEO, is a key role responsible for the stand-up and day-to-day execution of Enterprise’s subaward of 600M. They will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation and strategic coordination across all Enterprise divisions executing the plan, including Green Lending and Building Resilient Futures teams in close concert with market offices and shared service departments. They will also work closely within the PFC coalition, representing Enterprise with PFC staff and our coalition partner organizations.

The successful candidate will be a highly organized, creative and effective leader eager to support their Enterprise colleagues, PFC coalition members and external partners in preparing for a changing climate. They will be skilled at balancing strategic vision with practical execution, as Enterprise and the coalition are just getting started in this space.

    • Manage Enterprise’s OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracking with PFC through the period of performance, ensuring that internal team members are able to track towards set goals and driving an escalation process to solve any challenges
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Chief of Staff to calibrate strategies and priorities as needed, including the development of Enterprise’s strategic plan
