As the Assisted Director of Nursing at Miller's, you are responsible for the nursing care and service to the patients in your facility, and you supervise the staff assigned to deliver patient care. You plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate nursing services that will meet the needs of the residents, and that will comply with company policy and the State and Federal regulations governing those services.

* Licensed to work as a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) in the State of Indiana
* Passionate about serving others
* Able to work with and provide guidance to a dedicated team
* Able to effectively communicate with other staff, providers, patients, and patient families
* Able to properly chart patient information and contribute to medical records as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
