Client Details
My client is a market leader in chemical manufacturing. They feel like a small family owned company with a global parent company, resources and backing. They are actively growing their US presence with already a few hundred US employees. They are looking for a Customer Service Rep to add to their team.
Description
This role will serve a crucial part in maintaining their customer relationships. You Will:
- Work closely with existing company clients via phone, video, and email.
- Perform order entry - and work closely with clients on both verbal and written quotes.
- Respond to customer inquiry's with related information and documentation on company products.
- Respond to, answer and direct phone calls to the right points of contact.
- Maintain an excellent level of organization.
- Take a customer first mentality.
Profile
Qualifications Desired:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant technical field. Engineering degree's also welcome.
* Experience: Seeking 0-3 years of professional experience ideally in a customer facing role.
- Prior Customer Service experience.
- Prior experience in an engineering role
- Both would be a large plus.
* Language Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication.
* Computer Skills: Proficient with Excel and other computer programs. Able to pick up new programs and skills quickly.
* Attention to Detail: Working closely with orders, quotes, line items - CSR need an immense amount of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Offer
- $50-60k base salary ideal.
- Competitive company benefits: 401k + match, health, vision, dental insurance
- Must be able to commute to Westborough 5 days per week.
