  3. Support the company’s quarterly top employee recognition program, Change Makers, by writing feature stories on winners' accomplishments and developing communications to promote the stories internally and externally.
  4. Support our internal listening strategy to ensure the employee voice is heard and survey data is aggregated for leadership consumption and action planning.
  5. Analyze communications data to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that help us make informed decisions about employee engagement tactics for future programs.
  6. Manage monthly PTC Socials for the Boston Seaport office, working with sponsoring Employee Resource Groups, catering, and employee communications.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:

  2. A minimum of one to two years of experience in internal/external communications, employee engagement, or marketing.
  3. Be eager to join a small team and willing to roll up sleeves to be a contributing team member.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch gears quickly.
  5. Capable of building internal networks/relationships to deliver results.
  6. Excellent project management and organization skills.
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Curious, life-long learner, proactive and self-motivated.
  9. Knowledge of Staffbase, Microsoft Viva Engage, ServiceNow, and Glint are a plus but not required.

At PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives. As a global company that values and respects all identities, cultures, and perspectives, we strive to create an inclusive PTC for ALL through an environment where everyone feels like they belong and are empowered to bring their true, authentic selves to work.
