MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed BCBA credentialed by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of two-years of experience supervising behavior technicians.
- Experience developing treatment plans including functional behavior assessments and writing behavior intervention plans.
- Experience using ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK and other similar assessments.
- A desire to continue learning and stay current in research and applications within our field.
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
- Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
- Design caregiver training plans and implement them with parents/caregivers of individuals with Autism
- Coordinate services and information with other professionals as related to the treatment goals of the client and/or make recommendations for additional services
