As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the school's pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

Starting Pay: Hourly $26.00, depending on education and experience.
Are You Qualified?
If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
- Degree in ECE, Montessori certified or at minimum educational background or training in an ECE pedagogy required
- 1-2 Years Toddler Lead teacher experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
