Overview:

ConGlobal is seeking an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic for our location in Edgerton, KS

 

As a Diesel Technician/ Mechanic, you are responsible for assessing and repairing our fleet of Semi Tractor at the Railyard.

Competitive Starting Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 hourly.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Identifies problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel & electrical systems, familiar with DPF systems and executes solutions
  • Reads & understands hydraulic & electrical schematics
  • Troubleshoots and repairs diesel engines 
  • Performs maintenance & mechanical repairs on Hostlers & Forklifts.
  • Maintains routine maintenance schedules on all Tractor Semi

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of Tractor Semi repair & Maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel, electrical, cooling, and exhaust systems
  • Knowledgeable of Cummins INSITE
  • Able to perform  routine schedule maintenance
  • Will train Hydraulics if necessary
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Open availability required (All Shifts & Holidays)
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • Personal tools are required
  • Valid Driver’s License
