As a Sales Engineer, you will help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners and provide technical expertise through sales presentations, service demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position-Specific Duties
  • Collaborate with the SDR and Marketing team to drive MQL’s and SQL’s to deals won
  • Lead technical sales discussions, showcasing our solutions in variety of different use cases and guiding the prospective clients to the most suitable solution for their requirements
  • Serve as the connection between sales, solutions architecture, Marketing, and Operations ensuring solutions meet client needs while being technically feasible throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide technical support during the sales process for both net new and renewals including but not limited to supporting the design of estimations, SOW creation, and framework solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure long-term partnerships
  • Respond to technical and functional elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Engage in client discussions and workshops to advocate for our service’s value and benefits
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • This is a quota-carrying position, you will be accountable for meeting quarterly sales targets through inbound and outbound leads

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Technical
  • Must be skilled and experienced but not limited to the following coding languages and frameworks in order to advise and guide clients to the most relevant solutions:
    • Javascript
    • Typescript
    • React
    • Node.JS

Software Competency
This position will require the knowledge and experience or quick ramp in the following tools and services:

  • Confluence
Soft Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field or experience
