Job Description About Us:

As we embark on an ambitious journey to expand our footprint into the U.S. market, we are seeking a visionary Vice President of Growth to spearhead our growth strategies and marketing endeavors. Based in Miami, you will play a pivotal role in our U.S. expansion, driving marketing-backed business growth and enhancing our brand's presence in a new and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to launch and expand our services in the U.S. market.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth, focusing on sustainable and scalable marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our German-based marketing team to align performance marketing efforts across various online and offline channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition through agile experimentation, conducting tests for rapid evaluation, prioritizing speed over perfectionism.
  • Define and shape our brand positioning to ensure cohesive messaging and efficient execution of marketing strategies.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and relationships to amplify our market presence and reach.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in strategic marketing or growth roles, preferably in fast-growing start/scale-ups with a preference for backgrounds in healthcare or similar industries.

  • Strong understanding of the U.S. market dynamics and consumer behavior.

  • Demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in leveraging brand and performance marketing channels for business growth.
