TeamJoin us as our U.S. Brand and Marketing Designer to support the growth of our American direct to consumer savings platform Raisin.com. Based in New York City, Raisin U.S. was launched in 2019 to bring the innovative savings platform model from Raisin Europe to the United States. This role will work with both the central design team in Europe as well as the local U.S. marketing team. The Design team at Raisin, consisting of product designers and brand & marketing designers, is united by a shared belief in the power of esteem, creativity, and purpose. Your Responsibilities- Address real customer challenges through thorough research, innovative design, rigorous testing, and validation of different solutions
- Develop a straightforward yet compelling user experience for our B2C products
- Clearly articulate and justify your design choices using data-driven insights and logical reasoning
- Collaborate and engage with stakeholders from diverse business functions and groups
- Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Design various marketing and graphic materials as needed to support the US office
- Design and optimize responsive websites and landing pages using a content management system (CMS)
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and digital design
- B2C experience preferably within fintech, financial services or ecommerce
- Heavy digital design experience (creative, landing pages, websites, etc.)
- Experience developing national digital advertising campaigns
- Ability to work on creative for advertisements, affiliates, print and collateral material
