*** The job is on-site with hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not an option. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of 2850 E Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016

***Work shift is Mon - Fri : 6:00/7:00 AM to 3:00/4:00 PM work schedule ( must follow DST, even if AZ does not observe it )… after few month can shift to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Product Owner :

- Join the SRC ( Site Reliability Center ) team. The SRC team is responsible for supporting all IT infrastructure within the bank, ensuring 24/7 operations of enterprise support, technology, and day-to-day operations. The Product Owner will play a crucial role in developing policies, procedures, and holding product vendors and the SRE tools team accountable.
- Gather internal users feedback , identifying struggles or gaps
- Communicate issues to the tools team and ensure resolutions are provided by the team
- Prioritize the backlog of issues and contribute to the lifecycle of each tool

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Project and Product Management experience
- Experience with observability / monitoring tools ( Dynatrace, LogScale, and Splunk )
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Incident Management ( BigPanda )
- Data Analysis skills
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices, experience with cloud technologies
- Experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
