Job Title:   Behavioral Health Professional

Duties:

  • The applicant must be willing and able to act on the results of evaluations.
  • The applicant should have the ability to make referrals to and link service members to appropriate resources.
  • The applicant should Partner with and augment activities of the Crisis Intervention Team, Psychological Health Program, Family Program Office, Office of the Chaplain, and other Guard entities and programs related to psychological well-being.
  • The applicant should Connect identified service members with available resources, and monitor compliance, progress, and outcomes of any remediation.

: Qualifications:

  • The applicant should have an Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • The applicant should have Computer skills sufficient to create, maintain, and send reports.
  • The applicant must have a minimum of two years’ experience providing mental health services in a supervised setting.

Education/Certification:

  • The applicant must have a master degree in social work from a school of social work.
  • The applicant must hold a valid license issued by the Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board of the Wyoming Professional Licensing Agency to independently practice their profession at the master's degree level.
