This is a vendor role with Vaco for a client's team,a Fortune 100 company.

This position is hybrid at our San Jose location.

As a content programming associate, you will research, curate, and create banners and collections across different movies, TV shows, and live TV channels. You will also maintain content publishing schedules and use internal tools to update ourclient's platform, provide analytical support and performance reporting for key programs and campaigns, as well as execute campaigns and work closely with other content programming country teams as well as cross-functional teams

Candidates can expect to attend partner meetings to understand partner content release schedules and priorities, operationally support ad hoc initiatives as required

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee weekly content refreshes, such as producing and launching weekly banners and collections
  • Maintain operational calendars and publish content
  • Operationally support data analysis by collating relevant metrics and creating reports
  • ● Optimize based on analytics
  • Write and/or edit copy for collections and editorial content in English
  • Localize relevant global campaigns and help create local seasonal campaigns
  • ● Research new and trending movies & TV shows for placement in banners and collections
  • ● React to breaking news, live events and real-time pop culture moments to push relevant content quickly to live TV
  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional and international team environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Native fluency in English with strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to write/edit copy
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management and analytical skills
  • Familiar with content management systems
  • Strong written & verbal English language skills
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative working approach
  • Passion for media & entertainment and an understanding of that business landscape
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with matrix management structures
