If you answered YES to any of these questions, then the summer regional teller position at Dollar Bank is a perfect fit for you This seasonal position allows you to develop a basic understanding of the products and services offered at Dollar Bank. As a Seasonal Regional Teller, you will be responsible for supporting multiple branches within a specified Dollar Bank Western Market. These branches include Avon, Brunswick, Lakewood, Midway, North Olmsted, Parmatown, Southland, Strongsville, Westgate, Westlake. Travel reimbursement after a certain threshold is met. The seasonal teller position would allow you to work from Mid- May through Mid- August. It would also give you the opportunity to return to Dollar Bank for employment while on break from school. Job Description: Provide each customer with a unique experience by creating customer loyalty through improving their financial well-being. Uncover opportunities through conversations with customer and refers them to the appropriate branch staff. Apply product knowledge to solve customer issues. Follow all cash handling policies and procedures. Complete customers transactions efficiently and in a timely manner. Build relationships with customers so you can anticipate their financial needs. Friendly, positive demeanor Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Must be available to attend scheduled training in downtown Cleveland Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle required.
