Required Education: Associate degree is Required Required Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure, critical thinking, must have the ability to problem solve, good communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining focus in a demanding environment. Previous experience in Blood Banking is required.
