Salary: $840 - $1,102 Biweekly
* Although the minimum - midpoint salary range for this position is provided, appointments are typically made at or near the minimum range.

ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must be available to work extra hours as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist the Mortgage Servicing Aide to collect current and delinquent loan payments, process insurance payments and escrow disbursements and assist customers regarding the loan payments, insurance, payment plans and refinancing.
Review and enter payment entries to the customer payment accounts. Prepare transaction reports and reconcile to Central Cashiering Reports. Provide loan payoff requests to customers, banks and title companies.
Verify and maintain loan information. Review deeds, real estate notes, borrower information and home insurance in order to enter new loans into the Mortgage Servicer System.
Light administrative duties: prepare documents and formal letters, assist with scanning and copying loan files. Assist both English and Spanish speaking customers over the telephone and provide front desk support as needed. Ability to complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or GED with one (1) years of related experience. Spanish speakers will be preferred.

Application Review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
