They are seeking a VP of Client Services to service the greater NYC and DC area. This is a remote role with travel.

Salary Range: $160-$180k+ (flexible/based on experience) + 25% BONUS + BENEFITS + other perks

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a Vice President of Client Services with the experience to strategically manage all client relationships and account management. Our ideal candidate would have a strong background in client management, possess problem solving skills, be solution oriented, can strategically and professionally represent our brand to our clients across North America successfully retaining business year over year.
  • The role will focus on building client relationships in the non-for-profit sector to continue to strengthen our client portfolio and maintain a consistent flow of programs for our continuously expanding field force.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Client Services Department servicing our existing and new clients. They must be capable of excelling in a rapid growth environment that involves constant evolution and have a desire to make a difference. Attention to detail and timeline management will be essential in this role to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained to produce measurable business results.
  • Main contact point for all client relationships focusing on building loyalty and retention.
  • Work with the Vice President Operations to develop the client acquisition programs.
  • Provide program analytics to clients e.g., volumes, retention etc.
  • Manage and develop Client Services team.
  • Manage the operational budget reporting and tracking.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Execute the annual client satisfaction research.
  • Develop and lead programs to assist clients in enhancing donor retention.
  • Client portfolio management.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior client relationship/management role with a focus on building and maintaining outstanding client relations.
  • Knowledge in the non-for-profit charity sector, specifically face-to-face Fundraising.
  • University or College degree (Marketing or Commerce) is an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau a plus.
